SplitRowr is a premium iOS application designed to transform your rowing workouts. By connecting directly to FTMS-enabled rowing machines (like the Concept2 PM5 or WaterRower with ComModule), SplitRowr provides real-time metrics, advanced analytics, and a beautiful, retro-inspired interface.
What is SplitRowr?
SplitRowr is more than just a data logger. it is a comprehensive workout companion that brings modern app features to your rowing machine experience:

- Real-Time Data: View your Watts, Split/500m, Stroke Rate (SPM), and more with zero latency.
- Audio Coaching: Receive customizable voice feedback during your row so you can stay focused on your form.
- Ghost Pacing: Race against a target pace to push your limits.
- Mobility System: Guided warmup and cooldown routines with timer support, automatically logged to HealthKit.
- Stretching Indicators: Track your mobility routines directly within workout records in the Logbook.
- HealthKit Integration: Seamlessly save your workouts to Apple Health to close your rings.
- Privacy First: Your data stays on your device. We don’t sell your workout history.
System Requirements
To use SplitRowr, you need:
- iPhone: Running iOS 17.0 or later.
- Rowing Machine: must support the FTMS (Fitness Machine Service) Bluetooth protocol. Common supported hardware includes:
- Concept2 PM5 Monitor (firmware updated)
- WaterRower with ComModule or S4 Monitor + Bluetooth Bridge
- Various magnetic rowers with Bluetooth FTMS support
